With only a week to go before the launch of the 2023 Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize exhibition, you can now whet your appetite with images of each one of the 80 finalists.

After a gala opening for the artists, their guests, our sponsors and VIPs, on Friday 24 March, the 2023 Adelaide Park Lands Art Prize exhibition will be opened to the public the following day; from 10am on Saturday 25 March.

By that time, you will know which of the 80 finalists will have been crowned as the overall winner, taking away a $20,000 first prize.

The prize winners, (both the overall winner and each one of 14 other category prize winners) will be announced by the Lord Mayor, Jane Lomax-Smith from 6.30pm on Friday 24 March.

The MC for the evening will be her predecessor, the former Lord Mayor Sandy Verschoor. The Deputy Premier, Susan Close MP has also accepted an invitation to attend, along with most of the 75 artists whose works will be on display.
